Welcome to my Travel Blog!

In October 2017, my husband (you’ll see him in a lot of pics) and I got married in Italy. We rented a villa for a week and invited 20 of our closest friends and family. To make things easy for our guests, we created a wedding website with important information about the location, how to get there, etc. I also started writing blog posts about different cities our guests could visit while staying at the villa. I had already been to Rome and Florence, so I already knew firsthand what sites our guests should see or places they could eat. I also researched nearby small towns and wrote suggestions for day trips. The posts also included my own photography. After writing my first two posts, I was hooked on blogging.

Now I want to write about the places I have been to recently and my future travels for other readers. I am all about the details. When researching what to do in cities I’ve never been to, I found myself reading several blogs to piece together what I needed to know. I hope to provide readers with everything they may want and need to know about a location. A one-stop-shop in blog form.
